Invest in You is supporting two good causes during our next event: your health and the nonprofit organization Laughing at My Nightmare (LAMN).
We’re inviting you to join us for the LAMN 5K at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 13. The annual LAMN 5K is virtual again this year, but Invest in You is tackling the challenge together as a group that evening.
You can run, walk or roll (ride a bike, wheelchair or stroller) the 3.1-mile course or a shorter route. Or, you can come to support the runners, walkers and rollers and enjoy the camaraderie and refreshments.
The 5K route will be marked in a low-traffic neighborhood with wide streets that’s nearby the MtM Financial Group World Headquarters in Lower Nazareth Township.
We will collect donations to support LAMN, which provides assistive technology and adaptive equipment to people with disabilities, such as muscular dystrophy.

When: 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 13
Where: Meet at the intersection of Truman Lane & Winding Way, Bethlehem, PA (Lower Nazareth Township)
What: Follow the marked course for 3.1 miles, travel a shorter distance or be a cheerleader! Donations will be collected for LAMN.
