Stuart Wilde, Paulo Coelho, and Deepak Chopra – are three outstanding examples of writers (teachers really in multiple media) who share teachings on how to live excellent lives. Excellent lives are ones of happiness, fulfillment, love, and abundance. They were each born in very different parts of the world, raised in very different cultures, and educated in very different systems. From those disparate backgrounds and speaking in very different accents and styles, they have (upon my close study) based their counsel on a very common set of foundational beliefs. And while the vocabularies they each use are tailored to their audiences and influenced (I suspect) by their editors and agents, the messages translate very consistently indeed:
- God is very real.
- God is the source of all things.
- Abundance and light fill the lives of those who seek to be in alignment with God.
- Prayer/Meditation, study, and living in regular communion with others who wish to be in alignment with the will of God are the keys to an excellent life.
The challenges of 2020 persist – and maybe grow – into 2021. But isn’t that the story of humanity? If we wish to meet and defeat the challenges facing us (national, state, community, and very personal) we can start with getting into
alignment with God’s wish for us – live in the light of his grace.
Many teachers with many and varied backgrounds all coming to the same conclusion. Kind of makes you think – doesn’t it?
God bless all of you and God bless America.
Please allow us to serve you and those you love.
Thank you,
Gene
P.S. Pray more. Meditate more. Study teachings you know to be right. Hang out with people who want to line up behind God. I promise you it will make a difference in your life and the lives of those around you. Who knows how far this might go? Who knows what huge challenges we all might solve? Who knows? God knows.
