From humble but hopeful beginnings in the basement of their home, Schlouch Incorporated started with a $15,000 assignment to prepare a site for Wendy’s Restaurant in West Reading. Today, Schlouch is blessed with over 275 employees and 300 plus pieces of equipment including 150 pieces of heavy equipment. They’re grateful to still have their first 1983 employee – and each other – to continue this project of care, quality and love.
